Cancellation Policy:
Full payment is required prior to admittance to the conference. Registrations are transferable and non-refundable. Registrants may transfer their registration to another person, or receive a dollar-for-dollar credit towards a future TMC conference. Credit must be used within two years from original registration date. In the unlikely event conference organizers are forced to cancel the conference for any reason, full refunds of your conference fee will be provided.
Program and speakers are subject to change without notice. TMC reserves the right to use attendee company names, titles, images, and photos for future promotions.

Thank you for attending the AI AGENT EVENT. This privacy policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the scanning of attendee badges by exhibitors during the event.

By attending the Event and allowing your badge to be scanned by an exhibitor, you expressly consent to the collection of your contact information, including but not limited to your name, company name, email address, and phone number ("Contact Information").
- Purpose of Badge Scanning:
Exhibitors may scan attendee badges for the purpose of facilitating communication, networking, and business interactions. This includes, but is not limited to, sending follow-up emails, providing additional information about products or services, and arranging meetings.
- Contacting Attendees:
By agreeing to have your badge scanned, you acknowledge that exhibitors may contact you using the Contact Information provided during the event. This contact may occur via email, phone, or other relevant communication channels.
- Limited Use of Information:
Exhibitors are obligated to use the Contact Information solely for the purpose of post-event communication and engagement related to their products or services. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.
- Opt-Out Option:
Attendees have the option to opt-out of communication from exhibitors at any time. If you wish to cease communication with a specific exhibitor or all exhibitors, please follow the provided opt-out instructions in the respective communications.
- Security of Information:
Reasonable measures will be taken to safeguard the Contact Information collected during badge scanning. However, organizers and exhibitors are not responsible for any unauthorized access or use of this information.
- Changes to Privacy Policy
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Attendees are encouraged to review the policy periodically to stay informed about how their information is being handled.
